Dr. Nottoli is your chronic pain specialist. He is a certified Integrative Diagnosis (ID) provider specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of adhesion using Manual Adhesion Release, Instrument Adhesion Release & Shockwave Therapy.

Dr. Paul Nottoli began college at Alma College in Michigan and received a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Health Science and was a varsity member of the Alma College Track & Cross Country Teams.

He then continued on to Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA to receive his Doctorate in Chiropractic.

Dr. Nottoli enjoys running and working out. He also enjoys traveling, scuba diving, reading, baseball cards, and learning anything about tech and entrepreneurship. He also likes doing impression and thinks he is hilarious but most of the staff think otherwise.

Sarah is Vitality’s newest Movement and Shockwave Specialist. She has been trained to treat adhesion with radial shockwave therapy through Integrative Diagnosis (ID).

Sarah began her education at College of DuPage and worked up to her Master’s of Science in Kinesiology & Sports Nutrition through Concordia University Chicago. She is also a certified NASM-Corrective Exercise Specialist.

Sarah enjoys aerial arts, strength training, and anything which involves the summer time. Going to the beach, leisure biking, taking evening walks, exploring new hiking trails, and visiting nearby towns are some of her favorite activities. Sarah is also a foodie and adrenaline junkie. If you mention a good restaurant or skydiving, chances are she’ll want to tag along!
