How To Have The Best Posture

Posture just means when it comes to your body, it’s the strongest and most biomechanically easiest position that your body is in.

Three things can affect your posture or what can help with posture.

One is the support system.

Think of it like the back of a chair. If you have a better chair, it’s more supported, it keeps your body in the right position.

The other thing that needs to happen is your body and your muscles have to be strong enough to support that position that you’re in all the time.

If you’re sitting in a chair and you don’t have the support and your muscles and your back aren’t strong enough, you’re going to do this.

The third thing that gets overlooked a lot, is that everyone’s telling you you need to do exercises for better posture but the muscles can’t lengthen or they’re not as flexible as they need to be.

What we see in our clinic is the flexibility decrease and that stability decrease is because of adhesion in the muscles or around the ligaments, and the tendons, and even the nerve area.

That decreases that ability to be healthy.

If the muscles in those areas aren’t healthy, you can’t have the right strength, and the support will only be limited for a certain period.

Getting rid of adhesion, making sure your muscles and all those soft tissues are healthy, make sure that they’ve got the proper strength, and then adding the correct support, like a good chair, can help support your posture and make it better.
